Customer has received Quickbooks receipt for payment and my QB advises ‘funds are processed and should be deposited shortly’ This has never happened before

hoping some one can advise a solution i have had desktop for 19 years and I'm currently running 2016 pro and have just realized intuit have changed the maximum items i can have on the system to 14500 and i cant input any more invoice for customers if i need to create a new item and wont let me delete older items off the system to let me create new ones i don't really want to go to an online version and was wondering if i could possibly upgrade to the latest version available which i think is 2021 pro as ii am stuck now and cant add any more items for invoicing to customersany help or advice would be much appreciated lee
After trying QBO some 14 years ago, and suggesting how important this feature is. Intuit has now finally added a pretty basic function (this was always in the Desktop version) which helps massively with stock control......We now have Item Receipt. Rejoice.
I can’t record my payments for my invoices - I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling & re-installing the app, up until recently I was able to manually reconnect my bank account, but after 3 calls with QB support this is no longer working either. They only ask me to do it on the desktop version, but I work from my iPhone.
How do I remove "ship to " from my customer invoices. they do not appear on the template i have set up

Assisting my uncle in upgrading his PC as the previous one/current one is on it's last legs and has failed twice recently. Currently he has Quickbooks 2005 14.0U R1. Trying to install a new machine to copy his data across using a Windows 7 VM and unable to upgrade his CD version from Quickbooks 2005 to 2005 14.0U R1 - online updater in the app does not work. Is anyone able to provide a copy of 2005? Alternatively, could someone provide all specific versions required to bring his Quickbooks company file to a modern copy? Thanks.
This is the message that popped up after i had to mess around for 5 minutes to make a simple invoice... why do you persist on changing a simple platform to make it more difficult every month.... the people "YOU THINK" you are providing a servid to are hard working business owners... not degenerate "Digital Creators" like your peers... STOP WITH YOUR BS.... Tell me how to change back to a more normal easy on the eye invoicing platform...
